Hey penguins! Recently, we’ve been helping users who have been having issues enabling flash on our site. This used to be automatic, and you used to click on ‘Enable Now’ (seen below), but now you have to do it a different way. I will show you how to do it.

Old method of enabling flash:

…which now gives you this:

But the fix is simple. All you need to do is this:

• Click the lock next to our domain

• Click on the dropdown menu next to ‘Flash’
• Click on ‘Allow’

• Then click away from the menu
• Then reload your page

• Then you should be able to play

Hopefully this helps a bit. You may have to do this every time you close your browser, but it becomes routine after awhile to do so.
